how it works


Our Personalized wedding Stationery allows you to create an item that is uniquely your own. all customized orders goes through our order process, consisting of 3 stages. 

the first stage begins with your purchase, followed by a period when you are in contact with our design studio in the process of customizing your item. The final stage is the production stage – when your item is printed and later on shipped.


 

PLANning

We have created a wedding planner to guide you through the different types of items you might need before, during and after your big day. Make sure to only order your items as soon as you have your confirmed final content. When placing an order, also make sure to order the items you'd like to be shipped together in one order. 

 

DESIGN

All our personalized items are carefully designed and custom made for you. Since every order has it's own unique variations, it requires that our designers typeset your information with great consideration to the choice of typography and decoration. Therefor you can't preview your stationary in a live template before ordering. Once your order is placed a designer will contact you.

 

TIME PERSPECTIVE

To make sure that our process meet your timing needs, please see our 3 stages over personalized items. Our personalized items have up to 4 weeks delivery time.

If you're not sure what collection to choose, we can mail you a selection of samples which will introduce you to our collections and purchasing options. Please email us on hello@prettypaper.com.

 

order changes

If you like to change something in your order, please contact us immediately. Depending on how far the process have reached, changes may be possible. Additional fees can be charged – we will let you know before we proceed. Changes on personalized orders that have been signed-off and approved are not revisable.

delivery time and stages

PERSONALIZED ITEMS — 4 WEEKS

Once your personalized order is placed, we will engage in a design and printing process that spans over several weeks. This process can be divided into three stages over the six weeks of order fulfillment:

Stage 1 — Content
3 business days

You will be requested send us your final content when you place your order.  We also need to know your choice of collection, item, typography and paper color. Your text can be in your own local language as long as it uses the latin characters. Our designer may contact you to confirm certain details or if there are any question marks concerning your content. 

Stage 2 – Design
5–10 business days

Once all content is in place our designer will create your item and present you a initial design as a digital file, pdf. Two rounds of feedback and revisions are included within your order. You will be requested to approve a digital proof before anything proceeds to print. 

Stage 3 — Production
5–7 business days

This process may vary in time. We carefully go through every printed item to ensure that you only receive a first class selection of your printed goods. We will then carefully pack and ship your order. You will be notified about your tracking number on your parcel.
