shopping at Pretty Paper

Please review our terms and conditions. Use of the Pretty Paper website constitutes your agreement to follow these rules and to be bound by them. 

After you have submitted your order, a purchase contract will be concluded between you and Pretty Paper. A confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address that you give when entering the order. Should there be errors in the price, delivery time and other conditions, Pretty Paper retains the right to change them later. Pretty Paper does not conclude contracts with minors (under 18 years of age). Pretty Paper retains the right to refuse an order.



Prices are in SEK/Swedish Krona on the website. We retain the right to make typing and spelling mistakes. Should the price of a submitted order be changed, you will always be notified and then you will be fully entitled to change or cancel the order.

We accept Paypal and card; VISA (credit and debit cards), MasterCard (credit and debit cards) and American Express. We don't support other payment methods at this time. Our card payments are managed by Stripe. Checkout and payment pages are served over SSL. Stripe are certified according to PCI DSS. More information about Stripe security.  

Every product price shown includes tax (25%). In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, taxes, shipping and method of payment. Please note that custom fees and duties are customer's responsibility. Before placing an order, check what applies for your country.

Items may occasionally be priced incorrect. Pretty Paper have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Pretty Paper shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If payment has already been made or if the credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, Pretty Paper shall promptly credit the credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.



If the issue of repaying the amount you have paid arises, the money will be preferably transferred to the account card/bank account or the bank account provided by you. It normally takes 3–5 business days.



We try our very best to have the information on our website as accurate as possible. The website may occasionally be inaccurate. For example, items may be unavailable or be subject to changes due to changes from our suppliers. Pretty Paper can make changes in information about price and availability without notice. We mainly confirm orders by email,  however – the receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an offer to sell an item. We reserve the right, without prior notice, refuse service to any customer.



Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. For all unclaimed packages you will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery.


Content, prices and products can be subject to change at any time without notice.

We make efforts to display the attributes of our items accurately, including colors; however, the actual color you see will depend on your device, we cannot guarantee that your device will accurately display such colors. There may be variability from one item to the next, due to the crafted nature of our items. This particularly applies for our letterpress printed items, which can vary in color and embossing effect.



Pretty Paper's return period is 7 days and only applies for faulty or damaged goods. Pretty Paper shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, replace the items or refund you what you have paid for the item as soon as possible, but latest within 10 days of the faulty or damaged product being returned. The return period is counted from the day you received the items. 



Unless otherwise indicated, the Pretty Paper website and its contents, including all images, graphics, copy are the sole property of  Pretty Paper. No content or information shall be copied, transferred, reproduced, distributed, or modified without the expressed written consent of Pretty Paper. Pretty Paper maintains full legal ownership of the artwork included within our printed stationery. Under no circumstances may our artwork be reproduced or repurposed within any print or digital media. Requests to use any content contained within this site should be directed to us via hello@prettypaper.com.



When ordering an item you will be asked to fill in you personal information. Upon purchase you agree to this information is stored in accordance with Pretty Paper's privacy policy in order to fulfill our agreement to you as our customer. In accordance to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swedish law of Personuppgiftslagen (198:204) you have the right to know the information Pretty Paper have registered about your person. If the information is erroneous, incomplete or irrelevant, you may ask to have your information corrected or removed. If this is the case please contact us by email.



Pretty Paper is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labour conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements.
